Work was slowing down in the Houston/Galveston area–until last week.  Hilltop Rescue is partnering with the city of Galveston to help families on their list who need assistance with their homes.  We are also very likely partnering with the Port Bolivar Volunteer Department to get some help into Port Bolivar, which is in the remoter reaches of Galveston county.  Port Bolivar is an unincorporated community of about 1,200 and has as yet received no assistance from any outside agency.  The need there is great.  As plans to work with these two organizations finalize over the next few days, more information will be posted here.
